Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGE UNTIL THE END OF YOUR SERVICE.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you contact us at least 3 days’ (72 Hours) prior to your scheduled appointment.

Your credit card WILL BE charged IF;

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 30% of the reserved services and $30 for consultation appointments.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
